Once again, federal law requires written notification of a debt BEFORE you play something on somebodys credit. Responding to the complaint I have made because you broke the law do not count. I am filed a complaint with the Utah state bar against your attorney. If you dont believe me his bar number is XXXX This is your last chance to remove this from my credit before I sue you. And I intend to make it a class action lawsuit. 1. You have admitted in writing that you didnt notify me prior to putting it on my credit, that parking is illegal. 2. After having multiple letters returned according to the resident of that address and me telling you that was not my address, you violated, third-party disclosure by sending yet another letter with your name, clearly visible. 3. And last, but not least, you have continued to break the law I will not stop until I put you out of business. 4. I have forwarded a copy of this complaint and all of their responses directly to their client. REMOVE THHHISS FROM MY XXXX
