I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX, stating Identity theft Notice. So did not know what to do so after researching I'm stating to take action with this identity theft. I had been going in and out of the hospital for sometime now and early XXXX I was XXXX most of the time and during this period is when I think my identity was stolen because I just checked they are many credit cards opened XXXX after another with some of them having high balances, and I also have a loan under my name around the same time the credit cards started showing up in my credit report.
