On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified cease and desist letter to address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MN XXXX with tracking number XXXX which was " delivered to final agent for final delivery '' on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX per return receipt. They have been ordered to stop and yet they continue to call.
