XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX and U.S. Department of Education have no right to refuse to remove this fraudulent accounts because I am a victim of identity theft and I have filed a valid police report. According to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681C-2 ) consumer reporting agencies and creditor shall block the reporting of any information resulting from identity theft no later than 4 business days after date of receipt, yet XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and U.S. Department of Education have refused to do this.
