This debt with Global Lending Services, 3rd party creditor, and original contractor XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Oklahoma. The original dealership sold my contract without proper disclosure. I had my car seized without proper cause. I tried to remedy and the " creditor '' stated they would contact me within 48 hours. Instead the car was reposted within 48 hours without notice. The tow truck driver pushed me, kicked the car door shut, drove away without allowing me to get personal essentials within the vehicle. Payment remittance was sent to pay any outstanding balances. The " creditor '' said sorry we did not get. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX and the SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER was demanded 5 times by phone on XX/XX/2023.
