I have never missed a payment with this company, suddenly my credit report was saying I was late and behind on payments. I have payments set up on auto-draft so that I could not miss any. However, I never received any communication that those payments for whatever reason were not received. This is extremely difficult right now as I am trying to clean my credit in order to buy a house. It is severely impossible to do so with things being on my credit that could have been easily communicated in order to be taken care of.
