I will be suing all 3 credit bureaus for false placing medical records on my credit report for years that do not belong to me. I have filed many disputes over the last two years. First and foremost I have full medical insurance so my company is always billed. Second I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Grevens ( mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists I have not authorized any companys to share my medical information under the HIPPA laws this is a violation. Third. None of the medial bills listed belongs to me and Ive reached out to the hospitals as well documented and recorded everything this is becoming an harassment to my life financially and I will see them in court for falsely placing medical bills on my credit report.
