I did not get the product/service I paid for. I used a photo retouching service for my sisters wedding photos. They kept giving me the runaround and would ask for more money to make revisions. To this day, they have not refunded me after stating I still have not received the services I paid for and would just like to completely cancel and get my money back. I filed an official chargeback with Wells Fargo since the money came out of my checking account/debit card. Wells Fargo hasnt resolved this issue either.
