I have recently disputed an account, it was once removed and is now showing up again in my credit report. I have disputed this account again this year and the creditor has reported the information submitted is verified and accurate. I requested validation to verify that this account belongs to me however I received nothing to validate this debt. Also, the account is showing inaccuracies amongst each credit bureau which would be a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA. If the account was verified and accurate each bureau would be reporting the same information.
