Consumer Narrative

My name is XXXX XXXX. My credit score drop with Trans Union XXXX points and it dropped with XXXX XXXX points. I just noticed that my alert on my credit file stated that a new collection was placed on my account. I have never heard of the company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. But XXXX and Trans Union allow this company to place this on my consumer credit file. I have not received one correspondence by mail nor phone call. This is very stressful and overwhelming which causes anxiety. Attached you will find copies of what was on my Consumer file. Please remove. I have no idea about this company and I have never had an agreement. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
