1 ) I did NOT give any Credit reporting agencies to give my private information to any other 3rd parties or permission to collect my private information ( per 15 US Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) _permissible purpose- I did not and will not give written permission for any credit reporting agency to furnish my consumer report ). But XXXX XXXX is still showing on my credit file ( No consent is Identity theft ) 2 ) XXXX XXXX reporting many incorrect and non matching information including : -still reporting an open account as of XX/XX/XXXX. 2023. But has admitted the account was transferred in XX/XX/2023 -communicating In last/recent CFPD complaint that I owe 1 month payment. But I have a statement asking for 3 months payment -saying I owe 1 month payment, but recently reported to credit bureau that my account as up to date for all payments 3 ) TransUnion currently shows 2 active mortgages ( all with same info only different mortgage companies ) on my credit file. which is incorrect 4 ) Also TransUnion received original complaint XX/XX/2023, but did not give a response in the lawful 30day timeframe in which anything not verified within the 30days is to be deleted.
