I have called numerous times to XXXX and they have not assisted me promptly or correctly with identity theft. After I alerted the XXXX bureaus of the issue, XXXX continued to report my account as late. I told them I did not have the card and the transactions were fraud, and would not send a card or open account since it was passdue. Also during, the calls they pushed me to paying or they'll report it late. I explained to them that it wasn't me making the charges, until I finally closed my secured card. Even after they still reported it with late payments and balance due. It it showing late payments on a now closed account
