I opened a Personal PayPal account on on XX/XX/2023 and linked all my personal back information was also linked to PayPal. On XX/XX/2023 I received a email from PayPal stating the following. ( You can no longer do business with PayPal After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You'll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal. ) PayPal ( Ref ID - XXXX ) This automated email was sent exactly after a sale of {$19.00} USD from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023 XXXX . I would like to have the personal PayPal account reinstated and the release of my funds of {$19.00} USD PayPal is holding the funds and has no authority to do so. Please have them investigate this & correct this issue with them limiting my account as well as allow me to have access to the XXXX USD funds
