I purchased a new {$50.00} XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Expiration Date : XX/XX/XXXX. I went on line and had it activated. The next day I tried to order an e-book from XXXX, the charge was rejected. I contacted XXXX and spent an hour on the phone with them and they assured me that the problem was not theirs. I contacted the customer service for the XXXX XXXX XXXX they have told me over and over again that the card is good. It has been activated, and has a {$50.00} balance. It still has that {$50.00} balance, but it has been rejected every time I try to use it. I even bought a new and different {$25.00} VanillaGift card, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Expiration Date : XX/XX/XXXX, to try again, I had the very same results. Looking a little bit deeper into it, it looks as though the Vanilla Gift card & XXXX XXXX XXXX are the product of the some company. They need to be shut down for lack of customer care. When I tell told them these card still do not work, they told me again they should, but in reality they do not work. They offer no reason whatsoever as to why they don't, or won't work. So far, I have wasted {$75.00} dollars on these worthless cards. I don't have any other recourse, and I don't know what to do. Regards, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
