Consumer Narrative

This debt is from identity theft someone in another state XXXX miles away used my name and personal information to obtain XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX az. I live in New York and have never traveled or lived in az in my whole life. These people need to do a better job verify who they are seeing. If they would have asked for Identification or my health insurance card. They would have easily seen the person they where seeing was not me.
