My account got hacked on XX/XX/XXXX. Though the funds were returned, my access to my account was terminated. I have tried to work with Chime for over 2 weeks I am getting nowhere with Chime on restoring my access, so I have been unable to gain access to my funds. I dropped my direct deposit so they can not get anymore from me. BUT as it sits they have a lock on almost {$1500.00} that I can't get back. My attempts to work with this company to resolve this have met with being lied to and constant disconnections. I had at least 10 conversations dropped yesterday alone. What this company is doing should be illegal on some level. I am hoping you cam help.
