In XX/XX/2023 I allowed Solo Funds the ability to verify my personal XXXX with XXXX XXXX to transfer funds to/from my XXXX with my authorization. On or around XX/XX/XXXX, Solo made 2 unauthorized micro-transfers ( less than {$0.00} ) into my XXXX which violates Reg E. I have emails to Solo trying to rectify this issue but Solo has pretended to not receive any of my emails. They refuse to confirm why they transferred funds into my XXXX without my authorization and identify exactly what happened. I am concerned that my information has been compromised by Solo and that Solo is utilizing my XXXX without my consent.
