On XX/XX/2023 I mailed out a dispute letter to Experian requesting that they validate debts from : Name : XXXX Account # XXXX Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX I received notice from Experian on XX/XX/2023 that the debts were verified and accurate. However, they did not provide any documentation with my signature ( which was requested ), and they did not prove in any way that their reporting was 100 % accurate. The only thing that Experian sent to me was an itemized statement which anyone could have typed. On XX/XX/2023 I mailed them out another certified letter giving them 15 days to provide me with a description of the procedure used to validate the debts, the names, addresses and phone numbers of each indivisual contacted about these alleged debts, and a document bearing my signed signature. It has been 45 days and I have not received any documents by mail with a description of the procedure used to validate the debts, the names, addresses and phone numbers of each indivisual contacted about these alleged debts, or a document bearing my signed signature. Experian is causing me a lot of distress by failing to remove these false claims from my file. I am getting turned down for things that I should not get turned down for, such as a car so that I can get my children and I back and forth.
