My account should be included with the Wells Fargo Illegal Practices Settlement. I contacted Wells Fargo to see if my account was included and they told me that they could not tell me, but if it was I will be contacted. My account was unfairly turned down several times when requesting loan modifications in hopes of avoiding foreclosures. I was incorrectly charged fees and other costs. Wells Fargo wrongly brought on foreclosure actions, and overstated attorney.
