On XX/XX/2023, in the afternoon, I received several text messages stating that my phone number was updated on my Chime account. Immediately following the text messages, I went to my Chime app, only to find that I was completely logged out and could NOT log back in. Then, I started getting notifications saying that money was being taken out of my accountI immediately called Chime and while I was on the phone with them, money was STILL being taken from my account.It was XXXX different transactions that occurred in less than XXXX minutes. It was my XXXX check that was deposited that same day right before it happened. Ive filed XXXX disputes with Chime and the in result is that ruled NO ERROR OCCURRED in my account. I call almost everyday and they keep telling me that it takes XXXX for them to make a decision on refunding me my money. They amount was {$880.00}.
