WHEN I CALLED XXXX I WAS SPOKEN TO WITH BY A RECORED NON-PERSON AND WAS ON HOLD AND THEN A RECORDING CAME ON WITH A MAN VOICE THAT STATED THIS CALL IS IN ERROE AND WE WERE DISCONNECTED.
