This credit card account with XXXX has been closed and charged-off since XX/XX/2019 in the amount of {$170.00}. I've disputed this item with XXXX but they claim they can not find my account. XXXX can not verify my account however, they are continuing to reporting inaccurate, incorrect and damaging information in clear violation of consumer laws and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This is negatively affecting me by not allowing and affording me the opportunity for equal opportunity creditworthiness. I'm currently in the home buying process and this item is hindering me from proceeding.
