There is an account that XXXX, XXXX, and Experion claim false information and this has violated my rights by law by not removing after the proof was given and it has been disputed 3 times with them and also came to CFPBs for the 2nd time now. And by law there's 3 reasons this needs be removed, not NOT considered CLOSED ( IT WASNT OPENED BY ME ) 1st of all a fraud alert And an investigation was apparently done by the government, 2nd of all the dates are completely wrong, And dollar amounts have changed multiple times, and my personal info has been fraudulently used, 3rd of all it should have been completely deleted 2 months ago like all the proof says, even if I was aware and it was my account ( which its NOT ), and this still hasn't happened. Now that I have everything cleared up on my report and you don't want to take care of it and protect me as an honest civilian, the next step will be getting an attorney and I will persecute at a federal level. Please do your jobs there at CFPB XXXX, Experience, and XXXX so I don't have to waste another minute and stress over something that is beyond my control, that I've tried to handle for the 5th time now! I am not allowed to sign a mortgage on our 1st home for my daughter 's and I at XXXX XXXX XXXX until this is removed, and weve been patiently waiting for over 2 months now!!! Have a blessed week!
