Consumer Narrative

Credit Acceptance continually has my account showing the incorrect amount due. I owe {$820.00}. They claim the current balance due is {$1300.00}. That would me I am 2 months behind, which is incorrect. Also, they are not reporting a reduction in balance to the credit bureaus. The balance is showing -1 % paid off. That means they are pocketing my money and not applying it to my vehicle. When I request to have all communications in writing, they refuse. And provide no contact information other than a phone number.
