They called on a Sunday, they also have been calling on repeat. The account has been purchased by a third party and I did not get notified that it was happening nor did I agree. I also had disputed account with original creditor and they did not follow on the terms and conditions that they set and charged fees that were not valid. There was a lawsuit for it.
