In XX/XX/2023 a that was part of a business bankruptcy case began to report delinquent on my credit reports. My attorney reached out to the company XXXX XXXX to request they stop all debt collection efforts including credit reporting due to the fact this loan was part of a business bankruptcy it could not be collected via personal debt collection methods. XXXX XXXX has yet to stop collection efforts although they received this notice XX/XX/2023 This business bankruptcy is still in litigation.
