On XXXX/XXXX/2023, An unknown credit card account from XXXX XXXX appeared on my credit report. I have a dispute open with them, but I have disputed this fraudulent account twice with Equifax. Most recently on XX/XX//2023. Somebody used my SSN and I have sent documents proving the address used to sign up for the credit card was not mine. I have sent Equifax a copy of my ftc report, proof of residence at the time the account was made, and screenshots of the fraudulent address, phone, and the thiefs name on the mailing address XXXX XXXX mailed the card to! Equifax is not investigating this properly. Please help me. I'm a victim of Identity Theft. The balance is {$410.00}
