On XX/XX/XXXX Chime closed my account with over XXXX dollars in my checking account and would not allow me to withdrawal my funds citing that I violated the deposit account agreement. I explained to the merchant that I needed access to my funds to pay for my medical treatment on Monday XX/XX/XXXX in numerous emails in addition to car repairs and they simply responded back with automated responses. I also called to update my mailing address with Chime and they updated my mailing address incorrectly. I emailed them the correct mailing address several times and they responded back by saying they would mail the funds in my account to the incorrect address in 30 days. This is mental abuse as they are aware that I need these funds for medical treatment.
