Dovenmuehle continues to try to collect my mortgage from XXXX despite expending my Forebearance so that the first payment should have been due XX/XX/2023 not XX/XX/2023. My previous complaint here shows that, however their finance department continues to try to say XXXX it was due. Everyone that works at this company is derelict in their duties and it takes filing a complaint here to actually get someone competent and/or inspired to actually do their job. Please update my records!
