Mortgage company did not pay my escrow for 2 years. Company states that they did not receive my paper work for my insurance initially. Mortgage company did not do a reassessment since XXXX skipping XXXX. This year ( XXXX ) they stated since I did not have insurance and shows a deficit of XXXX dollars for my insurance for the year of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX they accumulated all 3 years and divided it into the current year raising my mortgage by over XXXX additional. Called bank they stated that my information on record was incorrect and is why I did not have access online and apologized. Company stated that they apologize for not doing an assessment year prior but there is nothing they can do I have to pay the amount since my original policy could not be back dated.
