I'm only going to describe information pertaining to Experian and XXXX. I've already completed the XXXX XXXX part. Refer to my Attachments to see the entirely complaint. I sent my first dispute letter dated XX/XX/2022 to XXXX, Experian and XXXX stating that I never had a contract with this debt collector for any debt pertaining to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please provide proof from the original creditor that this debt collector owns this debt and has legal authority to collect it or delete this account. Please reinvestigate these matters and delete or correct the disputed information as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance. I received an email from Experian pertaining to the dispute pertaining to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I logged into my Experian account and read that XXXX XXXX XXXX has certified to Experian that information is accurate. This item was not changed. My question is who telling the truth. Experian respond very quick stating that this item was not changed. But XXXX XXXX XXXX needs more time to investigate. I received a letter/credit report from XXXX dated XX/XX/2022 stating that they Verified this item belongs to me. My dispute letter requesting proof that this debt collector can legally collect on this alleged debt. All three credit bureaus investigation stated as verified. Experian and XXXX also did not do a proper investigation. Validation and Verified are two different scenarios. Experian and XXXX continue to allow XXXX XXXX XXXX to report onto my credit report. Along with this letter are the following evidence listed below XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2022 sent to all three credit bureaus pertaining to XXXX XXXX XXXX. 2. Certified mail/ tracking numbers sent all 3 credit bureaus. 3. Credit Reports from all 3 credit bureaus.4. A report from the Better. I am requesting that this account be removed from my credit report and I am seeking monetary damages in the amount of {$1000.00} per violation from XXXX XXXX XXXX in failing to produce information per consumer request in a reasonable time by law. And all 3 credit bureaus : XXXX, Experian and XXXX failure to properly investigate my request, instead, all 3 bureaus verifying my dispute as Accurate. Verifying information and requesting a debt collector to provide proof that they can collect on a debt and to produce a contract, is two different things.
