Attached you will find attachments detailing the inaccuracies in reporting on the my consumer report and the validity of the investigation i.e letter from the XXXX court stating that they do not report bankruptcy proceeding to the credit reporting agencies. With that being known the previous complaint was closed stating the bankruptcy was verified. Who was the company that verified the bankruptcy? I submitted a dispute on a XXXX that is appearing on my credit profile to all XXXX credit reporting agencies. After doing an thorough investigation XXXX saw enough evidence to remove the item from my consumer report. This same item was verified as accurate by Transunion and XXXX which begs the question was this item properly investigated by these reporting agencies. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681c ( a ) XXXX information is excluded from the consumer 's report. ( XXXX, TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) is in violation of said section for furnishing this information on my consumer report, that was obtained illegally from XXXX XXXX under false pretenses in which they've obtained it from an online electronic system known as Pacer. I sent in a dispute to XXXX XXXX as well knowing that this is the secondary reporting agency that verifies these accounts to the credit reporting agencies. XXXX stated in an attached letter that they don't have record of this XXXX and didn't verify this account to the credit reporting agencies. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. This information is not the same on all 3 CRA 's and In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report.
