Hello, I used Paypal to wire the money to a supposed friend. However, I later found out that someone else hacked my friend account. I tried to request the money back but couldn't. I filed a report to paypal but they said they couldn't reverse the transaction because it's personal account. I tried to explain to them but they closed down my case without any action.
