This company is claiming to be collecting a debt for XXXX XXXX XXXX, once I spoke to an agent and requested a verification of the debt with my physical signatures and proof the debt was in fact my responsibility I was told I had to call XXXX for that, I then requested proof and written verification of ownership of the debt and a contract that this company had to collect on the debt they claimed was owed, again I was told they did not own the debt and that they were only collecting on behalf of XXXX. As of XX/XX/23 this company was only capable of sending a last bill that was processed by XXXX per the FCRA they have failed to provide the requested information to validate the amount claimed to be owed and there for have been reporting inaccurate information to the 3 credit bureau 's and damaging my credit.
