I was affected by XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I applied for and was approved for the Covid 19 Forbearance protection under Cares Act. Under this protection my account was to show Forbearance and current. It was this way for a year. In XX/XX/XXXX I applied for and was approved for a loan modification. I qualified under Covid 19 Cares Act which allowed the lender under FHA to defer the past due amount. They did so but instead of showing that my new payments were due XX/XX/XXXX, they reported my credit late for the previous months that I was to be protected. I asked that they correct my credit. They had me send a letter. I did so, and my credit is still showing late with XXXX XXXX it was first reported late XX/XX/XXXX and now showing over 120 days late for XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
