It should be known that this complaint is filed against XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax for reporting information on a account that has incorrect and invalid/ incomplete information on it which violates the FCRA and due process of federal law. The account is called XXXX XXXX XXXX. and the account number is XXXX. A dispute was filled with all 3 bureaus and all 3 bureaus verified the account info as correct. No other disputes are pending with the bureaus for this account. Said errors and discrepancies are as follows : 1. Date closed is missing on all 3 Bureau reports. 2. Date of last activity is missing on all 3 Bureau reports. 3. Date of last payment is missing on all 3 bureau reports. 4. Account type is missing on all 3 bureau reports. 5. XXXX reports under account status that account is open. This is a closed account sent to collections and purchased by a collection agency. This account is not open and should not show as open by XXXX. 6. XXXX also reports under dispute status that account is not disputed. Contrary on same report under Creditor 's Remarks it says account is disputed. Both can't be correct. 7. XXXX also has failed to remove any codes or remarks from the account since the dispute process is over and no other disputes are pending. That is mandatory to delete said information and XXXX has failed to do so. 8. XXXX reports on the account under dispute status that account is not disputed. Contrary on same report under Creditor 's Remarks it says account is disputed. Both can't be correct also. 9. XXXX also has failed to remove all codes and remarks about disputes from the account since no disputed are pending. 10. Equifax report shows account is disputed. Contrary no disputed exist with them either. They were obligated to remove all codes and remarks about disputes once my dispute with them was concluded. A copy of consumers smart credit 3 bureau report is included in this complaint so all errors can be seen.
