Consumer Narrative
Have had my Capitol One card for two years and have tried three times to get a credit increase and was denied due to a lame excuse of too low a payment which set. I feel like this is a lame excuse esecially when if has not been late. Have tried talking to them but no one will listen just said pay it in full or increase payment. If I didn't need an increase I wouldn't have asked for one.
