My complaint is with Equifax scoring with XXXX points drop in my score. There is no rhyme or reason for for this astronomical drop in my score. There is no reason for Equifax or XXXX to drop my score. I have worked for years in getting my score to be good. This is preposterous and ruthless that Equifax would drop my score XXXX points. I'd like for CFPB challenge Equifax to challenge Equifax and XXXX XXXX XXXX for the unscrupulous and fraudulent charges on my account. I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX to give me some help because I ran into financial difficulty a few years ago. ACA, worked with me twice, then put my arrearages on the back of the loan. Since then, I've never been late. XXXX has extended my loan over XXXX year. 72 months was the original contract from 2016. I don't mind paying some penalties, but ACA to charge me {$3.00} penalty a day, is unequivocally fraudulent and ruthless. I want ACA to be investigated for fraud and for making attempts to ruin my credit. I've searched ACA on line and they are notorious for fraud and stealing from its customers. I will also report my concern to the, Federal Trade Commission in order to stop XXXX XXXX XXXX from hurting hard working customers like myself. Please, please stop this company from hurting honest and hard working Americans like me.
