Fourth response to remove unauthorize inquries off my credit file. " Dear Sir or Madam : As they refered to me as a Ms or Mr .. I am a man and was born a man and i find that an insult from the burea indicaticting that. Federal law prohibits you from inquiring about my credit history without a ) being an existing creditor with a lawful interest, and B ) without my written authorization otherwise. You inquired on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, as evidenced by a copy of my credit report, a copy of which is attached here to for your reference. Its shows XXXX inquries on my credit report and some is duplicate. I have pursued an amicable resolution of this issue on several occasions, yet the problem remains. Within ten ( 10 ) calendar days from receipt of this letter, provide me with a photocopied authorization form, bearing my signature, which authroized your inquiry into my credit file. If I do not receive same on or by the aforesaid time, I will commence legal action against you. A copy of the suit, completed but not yet filed, is attached hereto for your reference. I reserve the right to amend such action, at any time and without further notice to you, to include damages not limited to defamation of character and humiliation. ''
