I uploaded this information to their website : [ 1 ] XXXX website confirmation dated XXXX [ 2 ] XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a policy period of XXXX to XXXX shown on page XXXX. I received another communication from Wells Fargo asking for proof of coverage between XXXX and XXXX. I uploaded this information to their website : [ 3 ] XXXX website confirmation dated XXXX [ 4 ] XXXX dec page pdf, with a policy period of XXXX to XXXX shown on page XXXX. I received another communication from Wells Fargo, again asking for proof of coverage between XXXX and XXXX. This time, I called the number on the letter [ 5 ] XXXX phone call log from XXXX, where I called Wells Fargos Hazard Insurance Processing Center. I pointed the representative to the documentation that I had already uploaded that satisfied the requests. The representative agreed with me, said that they would update their system, and told me that no further action was required on my part & that I would not be charged. However, I received another letter from Wells Fargo saying that I was charged {$100.00}. [ 6 ] XXXX letter from Wells Fargo indicating a {$100.00} charge for a lapse in coverage between XXXX and XXXX. I replied to all communications in a timely manner and provided satisfactory documentation, even getting confirmation from the Wells Fargo representative. I believe that this charge is unjustified, and should be refunded in full.
