Exeter Finance has not applied my most recent payment to my account. I made a payment on XX/XX/2023 for {$230.00} to get my account current. I then made a second payment on XX/XX/2023 of {$62.00} for the late fees. Currently as it stands the payment of {$230.00} has been applied to the past due balance. But the payment of XXXX shows it was processed but it was never applied to my late fees and shows it was applied to interest. This amount also does not reflect the reduced amount on my next payment due on XXXX XXXX. Which is causing me to show a payment due for XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX which include the late fees. Therefore the amount of {$62.00} has disappeared and has not been reflected on my account.
