This complaint is filed against XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax for reporting incorrect information, non verifiable information, and incomplete information on a account all 3 are reporting which violates the FCRA and due process of federal law. The said account at issue is called XXXX XXXX under account number XXXX. A dispute was filed with all 3 bureaus and my dispute was denied and information in all 3 reports was considered to be correct/ accurate and verified. A copy of the consumers smart credit 3 bureau report is included in this complaint to verify all errors and discrepancies on this account. All reporting errors are as follows : 1. Both XXXX and XXXX report a high balance of XXXX. Equifax reports a high balance of XXXX. All can't be correct. 2. All three credit bureaus report different dates of last activity. XXXX reports XXXX as XXXX. XXXX reports XXXX as XXXX. Equifax reports XXXX XXXX. All differ and can't be correct or verified as accurate. 3. Both XXXX and Equifax report payment amounts as 0. XXXX reports payment amount as XXXX. 4. Both XXXX and XXXX report date of last payment XXXX. Equifax reports last payment date as XXXX. XXXX. Equifax report says last payment made was in XXXX.
