I requested a loan modification and Selene Finance kept on denying my loan. For the Nth time i submitted my loan modification application, They added the escrow which made my payment raised to {$5300.00}. In XXXX they raised it again to {$6400.00} which they claimed that they added a cushion amounting to {$1100.00}. I also applied for a refinance with another lending company. We submitted a 'Pay-off request on XX/XX/23. The pay-off according to them will take 3-5 business days. I called on XX/XX/23, XX/XX/23 and just earlier I called to follow-up. The lady XXXX of Selene Finance gave me the XXXX XXXX phone number which is XXXX. I called that number and spoke to XXXX. XXXX confirmed to me that there was no modification, or any negotiation forwarded to them. She also told me that there was no 'Pay-off ' requested at all even in the prior week or months. They clearly are not do anything to do negotiation, they lied to this Bureau and they lied to me.XXXX 's direct line is XXXX ext XXXX. You can confirm to her that there was nothing done on my case.
