I was sent a letter on XX/XX/2023 from CFPB advising I was identified that a former CFPB employee sent unauthorized emails to a personal email address. It contained information about my loan with Santander Consumer USA XX/XX/2023. Santander Consumer USA/Chrysler Capital advised they sent a letter XX/XX/2023 advising plan to sale property which I never received. This vehicle had many issues even when first purchased I have included complaints I filed with the state as XXXX agreed to a trade that they later became a dispute the dealership. I believe due to the vast amount of fraud committed in this agreement my property was illegally sold without my acknowledgment.
