I went on the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX website on XX/XX/23 and was able to receive reports from XXXX and XXXX, but was unable to obtain one from TransUnion. The prompt that I received said that I had already received the report, which I had not. It has been nothing but a nightmare ever since to try to get the TransUnion report. All they do is send me emails for me to sign up at a monthly cost to receive my report. I went through their website and made about 5 calls to get the report, but have not received it. They told me to go to service.transunion.com to get my report. I signed up for the website and was still unable to obtain the report. I called again on XX/XX/23 and was given the runaround again and still unable to obtain the report. While they kept me on hold for a long time all they kept asking me was if I was interested in paying for the monthly monitoring service. Every time I indicated NO, they kept asking me again and again if I want the paid monitoring service. I believe that they are purposely withholding the credit report that I am entitled to in order to force me to pay for my report as well as a monthly monitoring service that I don't want. All I want is my credit report from TransUnion.
