On the following dates GENESIS FS CARD SERVICES, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX OR XXXX, removed electronically the following amounts from my checking account, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX ; XX/XX/2023 {$700.00}, XX/XX/2023 {$100.00}, XX/XX/2023 {$520.00}. We are awaiting the 'final ' amounts from our bank during the nxt few days. On XX/XX/2023 we found the draud upon review of our mailed bank statement. We immediately contacted our bank, had to actually go down to the branch and sign paperwork, and now our account is being closed. We attempted to contact GENESIS but could not get through their " service '' because we did not have an account with GENESIS. We have sent registered letters. GENESIS is refusing to contact or make amends or payments to us for the lose, new checks, XXXX time to change and r-set up the accounting books dealing with the bank account closure, etc.
