Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/2023 I ordered a security system from XXXX using the affirm payment process. On XX/XX/2023 I decided to return the equipment because I was not happy with the service. XXXX XXXX got the equipment back on XX/XX/2023. I am still having problems with getting affirm off my account. They keep bugging me for money that I do not owe becuase I returned the equipment back to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX told me that they received the equipment and they would tell Affirm to remove my debt. I keep receiving notices from Affirm to pay them money when I don't have the equipment.
