I made a money transfer on XX/XX/2023 of {$2000.00} to my cousin in XXXX who needed the money to pay his semester fees as his parents are facing financial difficulties. Western Union said the money was delivered to the receiver on XX/XX/2023 but my cousin did not receive it. He contacted his bank, who said they did not receive any money from my account. I called up Western Union, they said it would take them 7 business days to investigate. I called them XX/XX/2023, as they did not get back to me. They said they had no update and would expedite the issue. I called them again on XX/XX/2023 as I did not hear from them. They said that they are still investigating.
