Inadequate counsel or missing leading information leading up to your filing. I was informed by attorney how to handle my debt when I got to court, the judge told me I was lied to by my attorney and did I want to drop the bankruptcy and not go through with it and I said yes. Never used it. I had to prove that I had dropped bankruptcy in order to pay my debt myself. You cant keep this on record as if I started a bankruptcy I never used and you cant do double jeopardy. As in, I cant prove to creditors Im not in bankruptcy and pay my debt. You get one way or the other. Please remove me from a bankruptcy. I am a special circumstance.
