Capital one after many claims still has not sent me my money that belongs to me, they did a closeout check for XXXX cents when my account has XXXX XXXX dollars in the account. I don't see why you guys are saying there fraud when the check is in my name and was deposited to my account. Funds were accepted and then redeposited because the remitting bank wasn't allowed to get back the funds because it was outside capital ones allowable time frame. Now you guys here at Capital One are trying to keep my thousands of dollars and leave me on end with no answers and no info, here are the pictures that show u how much I had and the closeout amount of XXXX as well as my savings which were XXXX cents. I have yet to receive my check for the other amount of XXXX, I'm making a claim today to see if capital one can give me answers and when will I receive my check it's been months and months and nothing has came. Please respond accordingly I need my money capital one can bear a lost like this, but I can't, I need my money sent to me. Thank you again and hope to hear from you soon. My savings account says closeout by check and the checking just says closeout. Where's my check?
